Since the opponent will not attack set monsters, after setting Nuvia he is Flip Summon. As midrash material he can be sent from the deck to his GY, midrash is often bounced and removed, in which case Nuvia will be revived from her GY to fight.
If there are no monsters on the opponent's field, the RBI is 2000, and even if you receive a disadvantage, you can usually keep the RBI at 1800 or 1600.
